Megumi Bible helps Japanese people learn the Bible through Japanese culture. We work with Japanese Christians and non-Christians to find and produce teaching resources, learning experiences, and church communities. Our vision is to provide every Japanese person with a genuine opportunity to develop a relationship with the God of the Bible, Jesus Christ.

Although the Japanese Christian population today is only 1-2%, 400 years ago Christianity flourished in Japan. A brutal state-wide persecution, 250 years of closed borders, and overly Western forms of church have played significant roles in making Jesus inaccessible to Japanese people. The love of Christ and our love for Japan constantly compel us to make the Bible culturally accessible to Japanese people.
